Historic Wing Rebuilds

We rebuild old, worn out and damaged wings to original specifications. 
Repairing and rebuilding the frame with a brand new, re-producing end plates and re-fitting threaded inserts is all part of the service.
Rebuilds are charged at £50p/h plus parts

Historic Wing Recreation

Need a wing for a historic Racecar that is no longer supported with spare parts? 
We can take your existing wing and copy it, making a new wing to original specifications and shape to satisfy FIA Historic Paper requirements. 
The picture shows a copy of a Chevron B27 wing that we have designed to satisfy historic F2 requirements.

Modern Wing Repairs

We can rebuild modern front wings using new main planes while utilising existing parts such as secondary flaps, mounts and end plates. Pictures show an OMS and a Hi-Tech front wing that have had the broken carbon fibre mainplanes replaced with new T89 versions while retaining the other parts.

Aero Work
